Subscribe to my feedI am soooo ready to check some more major things off of our list. I am starting to feel the pressure of time.
One thing on my mind is our getaway car. I want this car to be very special. I don’t want a stretch limo because it’s just the two of us and I want something fancier than a town car. He doesn’t like antique cars so that’s out. The only other option is a chaffeur driven luxury car. The problem with the driven luxury car is that they are all based out of NY. Our wedding is in PA and I am worried about the distance. On the other hand, it’s not like there is going to be rush hour traffic-the driver would be picking us up at 11pm.
These are our options from two different companies, both located in NY. We will make a final decision when we go visit.
This Mercedes Benz S550 AMG Sport –> Right on the money with budget. We can actually afford this. However, I was hoping for a little more flash. . .
Now this is what I’m talking about!!! Rolls Royce Phantom White. Just one minor problem, it’s $1,000 over budget. Ouch!

I really love the Rolls… i love the color. But 1k over budget, idk if that’s worth it and the benzo is pretty slick too

Ooooh that Rolls is sweet!! But staying in the budget is KEY so the first Mercedes looks really nice as well, does it come in white perhaps?

Maybe you could bribe someone at the local Mercedes Dealership to come and pick you up. The auto industry is desperate for cash after all.

The rolls is very nice but $1,000 over budget doesn’t make it as nice! I really like the last car on your post is awesome! Very smooth lines yet has an elegance about it.

What about a rental at a local airport? Have a friend of a friend rent it for a day and pay them $50 to do it…might save $$!

JBJ rents the luxury driven cars locally. They definitely carry the Mercedes, just let them know you need it for your pickup. Happy planning!

I always dreamed of a fabulous getaway car (like a vintage Rolls) but unfortunately our ceremony/reception are at the same venue.
P.S. I’ll take the white Rolls pictured above!
