From two avid foodies to another, The Dirty Apron is more than just a cooking store. It’s a place to celebrate and gather with friends, to learn new skills, and to satiate a hunger for exquisite meals. Local chef-led classes in a beautiful space, innovative recipes, professional grade equipment; suitable for home chefs of all abilities. Think of it as the quintessential home kitchen, elevated.
Our typical events are cooking classes in which everyone works together with a local chef to prepare a beautiful meal and then sit down, family style to enjoy the meal together. These events are 3 hours, and include at least 3 homemade components in the meal and 2 beverages (beer or wine) per person.
These hands-on style events are very fun and great for engagement parties, bridal showers, and bachelor/bachelorette parties.
Our space also provides the flexibility of a more catered/seated event that would be great for micro-ceremonies, small receptions, or rehearsal dinners.

A lifelong Alaskan, Amy has been a foodie since she can remember. Coming from a big family, food has always been an important way to stay connected with one another and celebrate special occasions. She hopes that sharing this passion will create a similar sense of community in each Dirty Apron event, celebrating high quality ingredients in delicious recipes.
